Meet Crystal, our General Manager. Known for her wonderful blend of humor and efficiency, she masterfully keeps the team (mainly Beth) on track and ensures everything runs smoothly.

A true local, Crystal was born in Ottawa and raised just outside of South Mountain. When she’s not in the office, she loves enjoying the outdoors or relaxing at home with her hubby, Shawn. She is also the proud “Auntie Awesome” to her niece and three nephews, and a loving mom to her four furbabies: Slash, Mila, Oreo, and Luna.
